Meet our new Sales Manager – Rasmus Lindberg!
Our new Area Sales Manager for Western Finland is passionate about customer relations and smart solutions. With a sailor’s heart and a sales instinct, he’s ready to support our customers. And yes – the guitar is coming to the summer party!
What is your name and what is your role here with us?
My name is Rasmus Robert Lindberg, and I am the Area Sales Manager for Western Finland.
Tell us a little about your background and how you ended up here with us.
Sales has always been close to my heart. I have sold everything from drones and computers to software and boats, just to name a few. For the past six years, I have worked in the boating industry. When I saw a job ad for a sales position at Aero Materiel, I sent in my application – and now I’m here!
What do you think is the best thing about working at Aero Materiel?
Aero Materiel has a very wide range of products, which makes it possible to find customers in many different industries. The company also has a fantastic atmosphere, where all colleagues are positive and truly support each other.
What are your main responsibilities in your new role?
My main responsibility is Western Finland.
What qualities do you think are important to succeed in your job?
I believe all salespeople should be at least somewhat extroverted. It’s also important to do what you say and keep your promises – and preferably with a twinkle in your eye!
What are you most looking forward to contributing to our team?
I look forward to being part of this team and contributing to Aero Materiel’s shared success.
Is there something specific you are especially passionate about in your field of work?
I love meeting customers and working together with them to solve their needs. It’s a great feeling when you succeed.
Besides work, what are your interests and hobbies?
I have been sailing since I was a child, and right now, I sail a Swan 37 – which happens to be the same age as me, 54 years! I also play the guitar, harmonica, and a little bit of piano. But most of my free time is spent enjoying quality time with my family.
What would you say is your main driving force or motivation in working life?
I am motivated by all the exciting challenges and interesting companies I get to work with. Understanding their needs and finding solutions keeps me going. And sell, baby, sell!

I’ll bring my guitar to the summer party – I’ll let the music do the talking!
