Movotec® SMS (Spindle Motor System) is a fully electric system. The hydraulic Movotec® adjustment system consists of cylinders and a pump that is driven with a hand crank or an electric motor. The drive generated in this way drives the oil out of the pump into the cylinders or from the cylinders back into the pump. The cylinders are thus extended or retracted within the provided adjustment range (stroke).
